We will probably butcher her and sell a side. She is right around 1400 pounds and our family of four will not be able to eat that much meat before it goes bad. So for now I will enjoy her until we can afford to butcher her.

Oh NOOOOO!!!! That is not cool. Do you think that is why she was such a good deal? Do you think the previous owners knew that or not? What a bummer. But at least you will get quite a bit of meat out of her.
